FEMA Construction was founded by Andres Valverde, a licensed general contractor with over 20 years in the construction field. After two decades on jobsites, Andres saw a clear gap in Central Florida: a real demand for steel erection done with the same care and precision the rest of the build deserved.

He started FEMA to fill it. The company has since delivered structural steel for commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and notable projects including the renovation of the movie theater in Winter Park Village.

Andres is on every job. Not a salesperson — the man whose name is on the truck. That's the difference.

Site Walk & Scope

Andres reviews drawings, walks the site, and works with the GC on sequencing. We tell you what works, what won't, and what we'd do differently.

— PHASE 02

Estimate & Schedule

A clear, itemized estimate with a real schedule. No vague ranges. Material, labor, equipment, and milestones — all on paper.

— PHASE 03

Erect & Weld

Crews mobilize, cranes set, steel goes up. Daily progress updates to the GC. Inspections coordinated. Safety briefings every morning.

— PHASE 04

Inspect & Hand Off

Final walkthrough, certified weld inspection, sign-off. Documentation packaged for the GC's closeout. Site left clean.
